Apagan was founded by five partners who, after immigrating to the U.S. through the Special Immigrant Visa (SIV) program, recognized the opportunity to contribute their skills and experience to government projects. With backgrounds in various technical and operational fields, we formed this company to compete for and win U.S. government contracts.
